Northwest Regional
Northwest Regional Fleet Division Drivers operate in Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. They can expect to be 7-10 days on the road averaging 3,000 miles per week. Drivers have numerous home time options to complete a 34-48 hour reset.
Mid-West Regional
Mid-West Regional Drivers have the choice to operate out of numerous locations in the Mid-West. Whether it be WI, IN, Il, ID to TX, MO, AR, CO or anywhere in between, Leonards has a place for you. Numerous choices! Drivers can also choose to be out 7 to 21 days. What’s your work-life balance look like?
Northeast Regional
North East Regional Drivers operate in NY-PA-NJ-DE-MA-OH-MD with numerous home time options!
NC Regional-Long Haul
Drivers that operate out of the NC terminal can run Long Haul OTR or Regional. Each driver is offered numerous Lane and Home Time options. Contact us today to create a proper work-life balance.

Leonard’s Express is a family-owned asset-based transportation provider located in Farmington, New York with offices located throughout the United States. With 17 offices in the US, including 5 full-service terminals in NY, NC, DE, WI and ID, we can offer numerous lane choices including Northwest Dedicated, Mid-West Regional, and Northeast and Southeast opportunities (OTR and Dedicated), DE local and regional, and even coast-to-coast singles and teams!

At Leonard’s Express, a family atmosphere has long been instilled and embraced within the company. It’s those family values that sparked a company-wide rally in support after one of our own was unfortunately diagnosed with breast cancer.
We have since made great strides in the fight against breast cancer with our partnership with the Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester through their education, research and advocacy. Since 2015, we have had three trucks wrapped in pink ribbon decals, all dedicated

Industry Leading Cents Per Mile $.58 – $.68
Bonuses
Referral Bonuses
All active employees are eligible to receive bonuses for referring Class A Drivers or Diesel Technicians who are subsequently hired by the company.
Performance Bonuses
All active Class A Drivers are eligible to participate in our safety bonus program!
Per Diem
All Class A drivers have the ability to opt into a per diem program via Omnitracs and Atlantic HR.

Medical Insurance
Here at Leonards, we want to ensure our employees are receiving the best benefits. We currently offer two Excellus Blue Cross plans, PPO, and include an HSA account View Plan Details
HSA
Employees who choose to take advantage of the medical benefits will receive a no-cost, tax-free, HSA account with a monthly company contribution running from $50-$100 depending on the plan
Pharmacy Benefit
The insurance provides a preventive drug list which is available without meeting the deductible
Gym Membership
Up to $100 per year of gym membership/personal trainer fees are reimbursed
Dental, Vision, and Life
Dental Insurance
The provider is Guardian, provides no out of pocket options for annual exams and cleanings.
Vision Insurance
2 options, VSP or Davis Vision.
Life Insurance
We offer $25,000 of Life insurance and AD&D protection. There is no cost to you.
Optional Life Insurance
All employees are eligible to enroll in NY Life for whole and term options.
Optional Benefits
During the annual open enrollment employees may add to their benefits including short-term disability, accident insurance & critical illness insurance.
Life Insurance
During the NY Life open enrollment, we offer term and whole life insurance options to all full-time employees. If the employee opts into the voluntary product, they may also cover their spouse/significant other and/or children and/or grandchildren. In the first year, the whole life policy is guaranteed (a physical is not required). Term policies may require a physical. We continue to offer this insurance to employees in subsequent years as well. The coverage is through New York Life.

Retirement
401(k)
After completing 1 year the company 401K program matches up to 4% and all funds are fully vested. As an added benefit, our 401K provider, Transamerica, offers a tool called PortfolioXpress® as a convenient way to balance your investments based on retirement age and risk tolerance. Leonard’s Express pays all fees for this planning service on behalf of all plan participants because it is important to us to offer these services at no charge to you.
PTO and Holiday
Paid Time Off/Sick Time
All employees receive PTO, renewed each year on their anniversary date.
Holidays
6 paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Tuition Reimbursement
Any active LEI Class A driver is eligible to receive tuition reimbursement for attending a licensed/accredited driving school in the preceding 36 months, the reimbursement is paid at $47 per week until the cost of the course is fully reimbursed, up to $10K.

Tools for the Trade – Leonard’s provides our professional drivers with state-of-the-art equipment. We run late model Kenworth, Peterbilt & Freightliner Tractors equipped with all the amenities and comforts needed for you to be safe, comfortable, and successful on the road.
The days of manual transmissions, uncomfortable rides, slow communication or aggravating temperatures while you sleep on an uncomfortable mattress are gone. Our trucks with driver-friendly technology means success for our drivers.
